That is the problem the Digi Key one they recommend is to thick. The LED assy blocks the plug from reaching the DB9 socket. The only fix I can see is remove the CC from service and remove the heat sink and pc board so the LED assy can be removed and resoldered in to make room. We leave Monday for the summer so this project will have to wait. I had hoped to pull off this winters' desert camping data.
With that information call again - maybe there are different model cables, etc. Perhaps sending pictures, would help. Also try various websites. I can't help since I have the MPPT60.
