Not sure what test you're going to conduct, but here's a few suggestions.
1. Direct comparison Eco worthy vs. MPPT-60
2. Eco worthy vs. pwm. For pwm test, use a 24V battery configuration. You don't need a pwm controller. Connect 24V panel directly to 24V battery.
3. MPPT-60 parallel vs. serial configuration; shade vs. partial shade. Tilt one panel 45 degrees away from sun.
