If you use 12V panels with Eco W then it's OK to switch to pwm during abs. There may be a 5 - 10% drop in current. But if 24V panels are used then Isc is half as much and therefore pwm current is drastically reduced. Not good.
As far as I'm aware, no other mppt controller does that.

How would they see that? They report as much as double Isc in abs/float, so bucking is going on but not MPPT?
