Eco worthy 20a MPPT vs TS-MPPT-60 and series test

So I was able to run quick test comparing the Eco-w vs the MS today. I spent quite a bit of time trying to get the netbook and MSView to see the TS-MPPT-60, it did connect but didn't display more than...

The Eco-W is not a "manual" for the way it does tracking. It does MPPT however it does it by itself. ISTR some older MPPT controllers needed you to set some kind of ? tracking rate? or some such if that is what is meant by "manual"
