Hi Don
BFL just isn't in the right conditions to see peak amps yet. The coil measures about a inch and a half around and a half a inch thick.
The solar calculator says our campground won't get up to STC (1 on the scale) until the end of this month at noon. After that it will be 1 or more for longer times each side of noon.
Comparing MPPT with PWM doesn't have to be with same wattage IMO since the PWM is proportionate.
Here is my main set of figures I got a couple years ago that I can re-do as though for 230 vs 130. Just multiply all the amps numbers by 230/130 and it comes out right. ( I know that from seeing it works comparing 80w, 100w, 120w, and 130w amps when I have had those size panels during my solar adventures)
EG, my 80w got 5.1a and the 130w gets 8.2a 130/80 x 5.1 = 8.28
