I don't know if the Eco-W clips the amps at 20 like the 15L at 15 or whether you need to leave some margin so it doesn't overheat.
AFAIK so far, MPPTs all clip, so you can go to max rating safely and not worry about it. If so, then the Eco-W only has the voltage limit that matters at all. If you go over the amps on the 15L you are just wasting array watts, but not hurting anything
