I know there would be people with brand X coffe machines that have never had a problem, but even if 95% didn't have problems and 5% did, then I would still have to advise that it would NOT work consistently on MSW.
So if we can find just one owner with problems then the caution might be justified. However, more likely it is due to the "fact" that there are/were only a handful of primary electric blanket manufacturers so your Electro warmth could easily come out of the same factory or use the same components as severl other brands. As I said, that survey is at least three years old so things change
I have a small 300W PSW inverter in the bedroom that will run the TV, Sat, and our Sunbeam mattress heat. Works great on a cold night when dry campingYes, we do the same in the OKA( but no TV in our bedroom), but one of our fancy Sunbeam controllers blew up even on PSW, but I gather that isn't unheard of with Sunbeam products.
