That would be the 120v side of the converter, but some(all?) hard -wired converters only have a 120v black wire to the circuit breaker and a white wire to the neutral buss, no ground wire. They get grounded by their metal chassis to the power centre's metal chassis to the RV frame.
Is your converter "hard wired" ( not a cord with a plug on it into a receptacle) or are you using "converter" to mean "power centre" and talking about the bare copper shore power ground wire to the power centre chassis at the "main" breaker?
