Electrical Wizards: Open Ground

Hope someone can help me and I know you can. I have a relatively new Honda 2000 generator. I also have a Progressive EMS.. Well to my surprise the Honda generator has an open ground. The EMS will not...

Here is a couple of pictures of what is being talked about for bonding the generator... Replace plug cover when done...
