I keep harping about Caig De-Oxit, and you keep stalling (oh save me from the puns). If you can wiggle the connector LIGHTLY and re-establish contact and it stays in contact for awile, then it is screaming DE-OXIT D-100 !!!
it ain't like "contact cleaner" which is about as effective as dishwashing liquid in curing OXIDIZED contacts. You have to actually remove the oxides. Yours is a millivolt connector issue. My Mopar is famous for them. And no, nothing but D100 works on them either.
