Survey says: use the deadbolt while travelling. Will do from now on. I had nightmares last night of the door falling off on a busy freeway somewhere. :E
The same door could not be locked from the inside last night with the red lever. Not the first time this has happened. Dealer allegedly fixed before but apparently not. Maybe the best thing to do would be buy a new one and replace the mechanism. Still under warranty but dealers are inept sometimes. Pfffft.
