EPever Solar Charge Controller

Question

A friend has a EPever Tracer 100 amp MPPT Solar Charge Controller model 10415AN…

Problem is that try as we might when trying to change a given charge program parameter on the Advanced user menu, it will not hold any revised program changes…

try removing all power to the controller. Wait ten minutes. Then monetarily short out the inputs and outputs from the controller (no power on) to discharge any capacitors in the controller.

Now apply power from the battery bank, then add solar.

Attempt to set up the parameters you want.
