Erratic voltage reading on GPR-22 solar controller

I am getting ready to head south and was checking the charge rate on my Go Power solar regulator. It seems to be charging the batteries but when showing the voltage on the meter, it is jumping around...

I would be checking for a loose wire between the battery and controller.

Loose connection at the fuse, or something else.
