Erratic voltage reading on GPR-22 solar controller

I am getting ready to head south and was checking the charge rate on my Go Power solar regulator. It seems to be charging the batteries but when showing the voltage on the meter, it is jumping around...

Try warming up the reg. I have the same Go Power reg., if the temp. drops below 35f the voltage and amps readout gets shows crazy numbers however it is still operating properly.
