Seems it offers the best of both worlds of sealing and adhesion. Wouldn't it be good for helping secure AND seal roof mounted solar panels. I'm using well nuts through the feet though.....can't roller that area. Will finger pressure around the well nuts be enough to activate whatever it is that needs activating?
