I mistyped, the fan is only 60MM, it looks to be no more than 15mm thick. I'm still charging both batteries in parallel at 14.71v and 6.02amps and putting things away.
My GTpower meter records peak amps. 38.81aP is what it reads at the moment.
Voltage on GTpower meter is reading within .12v of PSU terminal voltage at 25 amps.
I think I am just going to forgo the separate shunted combo meter, and solely use this GTpower meter, since it has more features like being able to count to 64 amp hours, amp peak, watt peak voltage minimum, and I already own it.
The display always winds up upside down, my biggest complaint
I see some other similar meters are now in the 15$ range.
The Anderson connectors I have on there now are only 30 amp. I have some 10awg wire and 45 amp Andersons to thicken up the path to shunt and battery switch.
I cranked it up again and this time was able to get 15.31v max. Pot range is just less than 180 degrees, and went down to 10.3v. Dialing in a perfect 14.7v requires a light touch.
Fan is not variable speed. Appears to have 2 speeds, ultra slow for no load, but any load turns it on full.
When maxing the amps out, or adding a significant load, it makes a slight flatulence type noises for about 10 seconds.
I am really surprised how small this thing is. It takes up ~ 1/3 the volume of my 25 amp Schumacher, and will really fit nicely in my intended location.
