No calibration pot. Not that I have a 3 decimal place DMM to calibrate it with.

4 decimal places is only on single digit volts.

Speaking of surprisingly cheap electronics, I got one of these coming on a slow boat from China

150 watt DC to DC converter

Also have a 10 turn 1000 ohm wirewound pot that claims it will be delivered on Sunday, this Sunday, day after tomorrow.

No burro delivers service up here Mex. Those full res pics adequate?
