Good report niner. Enjoy your travels!
Mena, I'll look for some 60mmx 15mm dual ball bearing options that won't require cutting aluminum, and will be a direct replacement except for soldering on the 2 pin connector.
My longcheng cheapowatt provided fan is stronger than the Noctua I attached to the exterior , but having removed the restriction both front and back, it can move more air.
I wish I took temp measurements with the longcheng to have comparisons to the unrestricted externally mounted Noctua.
but the longcheng is on my Schumacher and i am mot opening that back up to test, and besides i cut out the case's grille

I don't think it is really possible to find a 60x15mm fan which can move much more than 20 cfm.
If you are willing to go for an external mounted fan than this 60x25mm Delta fan, which are pretty much top dog in the high CFM computer fan world, can move 34.15cfm, but has a huge static pressure rating, 3 to 5 times that of other 60mm fans.
Delta AFB0612SH
My noctua fan only claims a 17.xx CFM rating and a 2.18mm/h20 static pressure rating, that delta is 34.15 and 10.73mm SPR.
The Longcheng moves more air than my noctua, I'd estimate 25 cfm.
I don't like assuming things but the circuit board should handle the increased current demand of the screaming banshee Delta.
I call delta fans screaming banshee fans as they usually are the loudest fastest most powerful computer fans available. I have a 120mm one which moves 252 CFM and would be a candidate for Mex's fun house mirror franken charger, if he were not using an AC fan instead.
Ooohh, This screamin banchee delta just did a line of Walter White's signature blue meth and is even more powerful at 38cfm and 13.91 mmh20 static pressure.
