I was looking on the Mouser site and there appears to be a bunch of 13009 listings with slightly different part numbers. They are all pretty inexpensive. How does one know what one failed and what to order? I'll spend a bit more trying to fix this before clicking 'place order' on the Megawatt.

One thing that I forgot about, is when I was buttoning up the cover, is I thought I had found a likely possibility of what was making the buzzing. The stethoscope sounded loudest when over where the AC input is, and the there is a blue rectangular device I was able to touch that made the same timbre of noise just wiggling it slightly and is where the noise seemed loudest.
i was not able to get the stethoscope on it when the buzzing was going on, but I did stick a bamboo skewer on it and the sound did not change and i could feel nothing. Thinking it was not necessarily the failed transistors actually making the buzzing sound. But I'm pretty lost with this stuff.

Out came the Schumacher. The 31 was 76 A/h from full and the sun ain't replacing that tomorrow. Too hot, too many fans running, and I keep my milk slushy. Gotta stop staying up all night with laptop on too.
