Not to be Johnny Meanwell here, but the SP-200-15 that I bought had a similar spec for voltage range and in performance was at least a full volt better on each side, even under load.

So no promises, but it would not surprise me if you were able to sustain a float V at or below 13V, even though the specs say 13.5.

Just sayin.
