Wider even on the low end when measured at the studs, but I haven't tested it in operation below about 13.4. Adjusted to that voltage at the studs, if my battery bank is substantially below that voltage it will pump 13.4v and draw an appropriate AC amperage (my only ammeter is a Plug Power Meter). As it approaches equal V I can watch the AC amps taper.
IIRC the specs for the SP-200-15 state 14.3V as the low end.
I linked you to an SE-400-15, so use careful brainiology on the two spec sheets to see if there are important diffs.
