Bulk mode I understand
But bulk is not constant current
It is simply absorbing as many amps as possible before starting to taper
Constantly adjusting the voltage up..to overcome internal resistance is the only way to keep constant amps, If you have a voltage limit you have a current limit derived from the battery resistance rising as the SOC rises
You can't shove 30 amps for"X" amount of hours until you hit a preset SOC
TO HOLD CURRENT at a preset level , the voltage will have too climb..possibly above safe levels
