Rough calculation would be .95 Amp draw at 120V would be 9.5 Amps at 12.0V, though you lose probably 15% in the conversion to DC, or more. Since you are at 14.8V from the power unit, probably a 6.5 Amp charge rate at 14.8V at the Power supply unit. 90 to 95 Watts worth, going in to the batteries.
