No way would that bat temp affect the ability of the PS to max out but I smiled when I thought of how the PSU found itself jumping for joy. The military and I image industry spends a lot of money trying to maintain components shivering. I should not be saying this, but most military birds need to be tested in a cryo chamber to duplicate max processing potential in orbit.
