The Tesla used $0.25 of electric. I think the bike was similar. We didn't charge either.
L2 is 208-240 volts AC usually 16 to 48 amps through a J1772 connector. Takes 4 to 10+ hours.
L3 is DC charging with 400+ volts and has a special plug. Takes 30 to 90+ minutes depending on conditions.
