My batteries were manufactured when George HW Bush was fresh in office. I can just about guarantee a car that sits in a garage except for Sunday Church will outlive a traveling salesman's car of the same make and model. So claims of long life are ridiculous without knowing how much activity the battery has seen.
I know several folks tied to power pedestals in the states that purchased AUTOMOBILE STARTING BATTERIES for their coach ten to fifteen years ago. Is that claim valid ammunition? Of course not. They did not need then or now, cyclable batteries so they went to a membership warehouse and bought automobile group 24 batteries.
