i have something looks like that
the other side of the label says Anders Products
i had a specific use.. reconnecting very small co-ax on an RF amplifer circuit board in an antenna head
it looks to be carbon based and seemed to have a high resistance
the repaired connection suffered a signal drop from the OEM connection
but it was better than NO signal, i had with the broken connection
I longer have that antenna, but i still have the wire Glue i used to repair it
