excessive undercarriage noise in 2014 Jayco White Hawk 23MBH

We were wondering if anyone has experienced an excessive amount of undercarriage noise in a new trailer. Our Jayco, purchased two weeks ago, makes loud metal-on-metal cracking noises when backing up....

Is it a new unit or used? If used you might check the spring shackles, they may be worn out.
