excessive undercarriage noise in 2014 Jayco White Hawk 23MBH

We were wondering if anyone has experienced an excessive amount of undercarriage noise in a new trailer. Our Jayco, purchased two weeks ago, makes loud metal-on-metal cracking noises when backing up....

Lots of trailers creak. If your noise is excessive, I would wonder about what torque was use to install the springs to the hangers. If some clown put a heavy-duty air gun on the nuts and pulled them down too tight the suspension will make noise because of binding.
