If you're looking for "insolation" numbers (solar radiation at ground/earth level), if latitude 24.55 is close enough, and if you know how to read these charts- here's a link to the following described data collected for that location between 1965 and 1990
"City: ","KEY WEST "
"State: ","FL"
"WBAN No: ", 12836
" Lat(N): ", 24.55
"Long(W): ", 81.75
"Elev(m): ", 1
"Pres(mb):", 1016
"Stn Type:","Secondary"
"SOLAR RADIATION FOR FLAT-PLATE COLLECTORS FACING SOUTH AT A FIXED-TILT (kWh/m2/day), Percentage Uncertainty = 9" - BFL13Explorer IIPlay with the two sliders on this one. Somebody here (forget who, sorry) posted this, and I find it handy.
http://pveducation.org/pvcdrom/properties-of-sunlight/calculation-of-solar-insolation - MEXICOWANDERERExplorerI believe any answer is going to involve sheer guesstimation. Replies from SV users in Phoenix or Texas would in my estimation serve as a reliable basis for computation. A week's worth of morning dew and salt brine is going to hamper careful calculations.
Good Luck :)
