Experts in things turn signals,brakes , etc. electrical

I will try to keep this on point...Left home and everything was working fine...stopped at a rest area, turned the MH off, came back and started up again...about a mile down the road noticed the cruise...

You may have a short in the toad umbilical cord or either the coach socket or the car socket.

If there is a short, indicated by blown fuses, you could have feedback to the brake line thus telling the rv you are putting on your brakes which would turn the cruise control off. Yes it could be intermittent so take each end of the umbilical apart and open the sockets on the vehicles.
