External Sediment Water Filter

Question

We have a whole house filter, which is a carbon filter for removing chlorine and bacteria of water entering the coach, from city water or the tank. We are adding an external filter to remove sediment. We can easily add an external Flownatic housing. Do not want to remove chlorine from water entering the tank. Do not want to go RO or softener.

Looking for recommendations on sediment filter and source. Whole system recommendations are welcome, also, as long as they are for sediment removal.

Rotoplas 1-micron filter with cartridge inside screw on housing. Captures amoebas and protozoa. Amazing degree of filtration.

I use a 5 micron  sediment filter. Standard 10 inch filter

I get my sediment filters at Home Depot, 5 micron and it fits a standard filter housing.
