fan will not start on coleman AC/HP 48014-876

Have a Coleman AC/HP 48014-876. The fan will not start it will just hum. Do I need to replace the fan motor, or the Start Device Pkg. or both. Which one goes out most of the time or while I am up th...

Thanks a lot I will pick up the {#13. 1499-5461 Fan Capacitor (7.5 Mfd/370V) PER AIRXCEL REPAIR PARTS LIST 480X4-87X SERIES tomorrow. Also will do tune up clean up.
