Just make sure the motor will spin! That's Step One. When ours got stuck, I went up to the roof with the Zoom Spout "Turbine Oil" I carry on board, positive I'd get it going. Which I did, but a few hours later it was stuck again. So when we got home I dismantled the motor, cleaned and oiled the bearings again. STILL stuck. I don't think I've ever not been able to salvage a sleeve bearing motor by doing that. Till that one!
Remember, that 7.5@370 is a generic spec. Any cap matching those numbers will do.
