Seen lots of these motors with burned windings. Would recommend you take a peek. Low voltage starting is the culprit. About five to one ratio, burned fan motor versus failed compressor motor. Good luck. Hope you can get away with just a run cap. I rigged up 110 uf caps setup on the power source for the fan. End of voltage startup problems.
