Fifty-Amp Coach? That description sounds like a 240-volt home A/C trying to run with one "leg" of the 240 disconnected. But in nearly every case "50A" is two 120VAC legs, each serving different parts of the coach. What are you plugged into? Is everything else working? Can you measure voltage going into the A/C unit? You'd want to find the Wiring Diagram and check voltage at the Input, not some place like a Capacitor.
Just the FAN not spooling up would lead me to think we guessed wrong and replaced capacitor when the motor itself was bad. But the compressor not coming up also seems like too much of a coincidence to not be a power problem.
