What's happened on this? I hate to ask somebody to do work or spend even a few dollars on something like a capacitor and not see closure.
I've been wondering... You have a monitoring system that's giving you satisfactory Voltage readings on L1 and L2. But showing 23A with A/C on L2... Is that the A/C that has the FAN problem? When you're up there and seeing the slow fan, is the compressor running? You can feel it fibrate, hear it hum, and feel temperatures in the lines. Small tubing from compressor should be warm and the larger tubing should be cool.
Are the two A/C units different BTU sizes? I'm curious about the differences in the two amperages.
Before I go saying the fan motor's bad I'd like to be sure the rest of the system is OK and the logic narrows to the fan motor.
