I have received two motors in the past for free from them to replace failed motors. They even included a new vent cap switch just in case it fails!
This week I called up for a new motor and they said it was out of warranty and a new motor would cost $73 but they would sell it to me at dealer cost for $50.
This doesn't mean they have bad customer service now, it just means they have "normal" policies instead of being one of the "fabulous" manufacturers that go way beyond the warranty wording.
They were courteous and prompt on the phone, just don't expect any out-of-warranty freebies anymore.
