They closed the shop in MI, and moved to Elkhart, IN (the base camp of all RVs). My guess is that the techs did not make the trip to IN, and that the tech people in Elkhart are new and have a troubleshoot guide book as their reference. I talked to Fantastic tech support twice and got the same lady.
As to warrenty coverage, they don't send you expensive parts for free like they used to. I determined that my problem is with the 3 way switch, and they sent me one for free. Nice of them.
I have not replaced the switch yet.
