It's too bad you can make the test of your panels in PWM, then combined for MPPT and then compared to a high voltage panel of the same wattage.
One thing I did while looking for a MPPT was visit the solar forums. I don't have any idea what Tracer offers now but back then they were not even considered true MPPT controllers and basically junk. A lot can change in a short time in tech and a unknown product always gets dumped on until someone takes the chance to try it out. You should see how the Rogue was trashed when it first came out, now it is one of the most recommended controllers there is.
BTW if there is anyone in the Denver area that wants to do some testing, give me a PM. My gear is all portable and I wouldn't mind seeing some testing my self.
