Dale Erb the insulation outfitter calculated the void fill expansion percentage on quicksilver and it did not bulge. After removing the 1-1/2 inch thick fiberglass bunting and shooting 2" of foam the R value effect was dramatic. The 16 gauge steel roof and 20 gauge steel overhead is a different animal from fiberglass. But at that time the roof was school bus yellow rather it's present OSHA white.
