Dale Erb the insulation outfitter calculated the void fill expansion percentage on quicksilver and it did not bulge. After removing the 1-1/2 inch thick fiberglass bunting and shooting 2" of foam the R value effect was dramatic. The 16 gauge steel roof and 20 gauge steel overhead is a different animal from fiberglass. But at that time the roof was school bus yellow rather it's present OSHA white. The ceiling went from blazing hot to barely warm. The bunting had settled. I learned foaming is not a job for amateurs. Erb did the Kelley II.
