When I confronted Goodyear on the issue, they point out there's no tread life warranty on factory tires, only ones purchased retail.
Tell me about it...
My wife's Transit Van came with Continental's and they went maybe 30K and were shot (bald). Had the same thing on my Focus and I'm a very conservative driver... 40K bald My engineer at Fords BIL told me that no factory tire lasts a long time, The mount LRR tires for corporate mileage figures and LRR tires don't last.
On to pickup trucks... Diesels will wear tires faster than gassers everytime and pickups, diesel or gas will wear out tires faster when loaded or pulling a trailer than when empty.
IO had the Firestine Transforce tires on my truck, OEM and they didn't last but 45K but it's a diesel so no matter what I mount (have Michelin's now) only go about 45K and it's tire time. - Dave_H_MExplorer III am running 2 on the rear of my F 250. Put them on after one of the Grabbers separated, had that happen with the same tires on the previous truck.
Heading out for the third winter, IL, SC, FL, and back to IL. So far so good, so I think they are great. :W - Bird_FreakExplorer III have had good service from them.

But to be fair about this...
Play the part of "the bold explorer" and report back in a year... - GordonThreeExplorerI've never had a factory tire last much more than 30k, Goodyear or Fire/Bridgestone

of ANY Firestone tire without remembering Firestone 500, Firestone 721,
and of course the Firestone (which was that disastrous tire on Ford explorers and otherFords that caused Ford and Firestone to dissolve friendship after more than 100 years, or possibly just came close) - BarryG20ExplorerWhile I don't recall exact transforce model that came on my truck I was less than impressed for my driving just changed them two weeks ago with about 30k on them. They had about 3k miles of 10k towing on them the rest was mostly empty driving and mostly highway. Didn't last me a year though I do drive a lot. Neighbor has a 2500 he got a bit better out of his 32k. In the last fifteen years same type driving I have always gotten at least 50k out the tires I used and many sets 60k give or take a couple k.
