I will try to answer all questions.
The Crown paper work indicates 100% charge SG to be 1.265 or greater. Obviously lower than my readings. After reading MexWan's comment on the high SG I am a bit concerned.
The batteries are in series/parallel and wired in a sequence I found on Samlex inverters. It discusses the reasons for the charge wiring sequence. Seemed ok to me.

The shunt is just a 50a shunt that came with the Chinese V/A meter. it is not the Victron shunt. I may try to eliminate the #12 but that may be a chore. Maybe I should eliminate the "meter" and just use a clamp style and my hand held. I disconnected the Mega Watt and wired the batteries back to the PD 9270. I will wait a few days and do another "dip". If I missed something let me know.
