we found floor water damage in our 2002 prowler
two spots,one the water line going into the toilet cracked @floor level,leaked under it
then found water ontop of wheel well with table/bed out, the outside ring that holds the fridge access panel in place,seems who ever caulked it did a bad job,it dropped between the bolt holes,fixed and replaced no more flow from there
when we removed the flooring and sub floor to the foam
we tried to use a house dehimidifier to dry it out
we left it running weeks,foam still soaked on bottom
opted to remove the foam leaving the lower plywood
since we don't tow anymore ,we went to 2X6,2X10,2X12 for a solid floor
glued with pl adhesive
