I would have suggested you look at the Sola Basic unit which is about $200 usd. However, you have to have a friend pick it up in Mexico.
The Sola basic does the following boosts:
110 volts 10%
100 volts 20%
90 volts 30%
It bucks at 135 volts (-10%)
