I have the Hughes 50 amp. It had a component failure which boosted high voltage (128 VAC) even more (135 VAC). High voltage is a problem in Mexico. It was repaired and works fine now.
As Pianotuna suggests, the Sola is an option worth considering although not easily found. The Sola will adjust for both high and low voltage while the Hughes will only adjust for low voltage. I have not personally seen high voltage in the USA.
