The Sola would def. be a good one to get, *if* you have someone in Mexico to pick it up. Business opportunity!
I have also heard Frank's is no longer around. There is the Power Master voltage controller but it also is out of production from what I can see. And there is also the TRC voltage regulator
We bought a used Hughes 30 amp unit for $200 and it works great. We don't need it often but when we do, we really need it and our EMS will shut us down otherwise. I made up a 6' extension cord so the autoformer can sit under our trailer instead of out in the elements.
FWIW, Hughes autoformers now have an indication of missing ground or neutral or reverse polarity and a 2400 joule surge suppression.
I installed a permanent LED voltmeter on the wall inside and always know how the voltage is doing and check it when we first plug into the pedestal to see if the autoformer is needed.
