Freezer to cold
Any ideas as to why the freezer would start getting so cold that the food inside bags have started icing up. Have cut it down as low as possible without causing refrigerator from getting to warm.....H...

Now that you have a thermometer as everyone told you you need, the temperature in your freezer should be very close to Zero°F and the temperature in the fridge should be between 33°F and 38°F.
BTW - Milk will stay fresh for about 6 weeks when stored at 33°F.
