Your problem is NOT normal and does NOT happen on a refer that all drains are to spec. If under warranty, get it to a Norcold Service center. The problem is the drain cup and drain line connected to that drain cup under the evaporator. Yes, the unit will have to be pulled to inspect and find the cause of the leak. The odds are, the drain hole/line is pinched closed and the normal drain water is flowing out the rear. Doug
