Hello all, I thought this might get moved. I just thought it might be a TC issue because of the height.
Old Biscuit- it is called a thermofuse. Apparently, we need something to deflect the air from blowing out the flame or move the heat in high temps. Our unit already 2 fans installed.
We have always ran the propane in transit for all past RVs. No problems. Service guy's answer was not satisfactory to us.
DH is handy, he diagnosed the problem himself. Dometic is trying to be helpful, but have sent the wrong part twice.
It works great on electric unless we've traveled and the fuse blew.
We spoke with Dometic this morning and they said to cut the metal baffle to size. Okay,we'll try that.
